Does your child love to sing? New at Chatham University!
Beginning this spring, the Eastern Area Youth Chorale will host its 10-week training session, Prelude, on Chatham’s campus as well as in its Penn Hills location!
The EAYC program, founded 25 years ago, will teach proper singing technique, music literacy, and theory through aural training, solfege, musical games, and choir rehearsal. Many Prelude members have the opportunity to join the Junior EAYC Choir the next fall.
Chatham’s Prelude will be on Thursday’s from March 8th– May 17th 2018 from 6:15-7:30 pm and is open to all current 3rd-6th graders. A first/second grade class will be offered as well. The Penn Hills session is on Wednesday’s from 6:30 – 7:45 pm at Zion Lutheran Church on Frankstown Road.
Find out more about Prelude at our Open House at Chatham’s Campus on February 10th. Or, contact EAYCinfo@gmail.com with questions or to schedule a private meeting for Chatham.
